Position: Finance Manager Type: Full-Time **Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee the finance department, ensuring compliance with all financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with sales teams to secure financing for customers, optimizing financing options and products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Prepare and review financial contracts with accuracy and detail.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing transparent and ethical financial services.
• Manage and lead the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous development.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in automotive finance.
• Contribute to the dealership's goals by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in the finance department.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience in automotive finance management may be considered.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of lending procedures, financial products, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in CDK and Dealer Track.
