• Helping passengers
• Using smartphones and mobile tech
• The idea of helping to build a new business, and
• Earning money for expenses, special treats, or retirement

Responsibilities:

• Daily: Check and restock the Flippit Dropbox(es)
• 3 times/week to start: Retrieve and process orders for shipment, using a mobile phone, with all the week's orders handed off to carrier by Friday at 5 PM.
• Assist customers, TSOs and personnel at airport, as needed
• Look for opportunities to help build the Flippit brand and business, and
• Represent Flippit in a friendly, professional and courteous manner

Flippit is a start-up offering a new service at GRR. Needs are likely to change based on feedback from stakeholders and the traveling public, so responsiveness and flexibility are important.

Qualifications:

• Already work at the airport (a must)
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with data entry on mobile devices
• Experience with packing and shipping best practices preferred
• Customer service orientation: responsive and flexible attitude with sales abilities
