**About** **the** **Role:**
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you willwork withclients, vendors, andcontractors to ensure that facility tasksand work orders are complete.
Thisjob is a part oftheFacilitiesManagementfunctionalareawhichfocuseson all aspectsof the operationsof a set of assets, providing support to the Client regarding all Facilities' Operations.
**What** **You'll** **Do:**
+ Work withengineers, technicians, client and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all work order procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
+ Create,assign andfollowuponworkordersusingSi7.
+ Providemonthlyreportsonprogressstatusincludingallopen,closedandcanceledworkorders.
+ Monitorandmaintainworkorders,proposals,department files,andotherpaperworksubmittedbyteam members and vendors.
+ Manageassets andserveasCMMSadministratorandtrainer.
+ IssuepurchaseordersinCoupaandverifyvendorinvoicesforaccuracy.
+ Respondtocommoninquiriesorcomplaintsfromclients,co-workers,andsupervisors.
+ Manageuniformordersandofficesuppliesprocurement.
+ Use existing proceduresto solve straightforward problemswhile having a limited opportunityto exercisediscretion.
+ Deliverownoutputbyfollowingdefinedproceduresandprocessesunderclosesupervisionandguidance.
+ OtherAdministrativetasksasneededandassignedbySupervisor.
**What** **You'll** **Need:**
+ HighSchoolDiplomaorGED withupto2yearsofjob-relatedexperience.
+ ProficiencyinCMMS,Si7, CoupaandSharePoint(orsimilarprograms)
+ GoodCommunicationandcustomerserviceskills
+ WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOfficeproducts.ExamplesincludeWord,Excel,Outlook
+ Strongorganizationalskillswithaninquisitivemindset.
+ Basicmathskills.Abilitytocalculatesimple figuressuchaspercentages,discounts,andmarkups.
+ ExperienceinFacilitiesManagementorarelatedfieldpreferred.
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
**California Residents:** CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $34.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $36.54 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
