Job Summary

As an Executive Sous Chef at Wolfgang Puck Catering at the Georgia Aquarium, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class culinary experiences. Your ambition and proven culinary expertise will help us achieve flawless execution of high-volume catering events both onsite and offsite. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to manage a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and expenditures
• Plan and build innovative menus
• Produce and implement outstanding catering events
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• A.O.S. or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
• High volume and complex foodservice operations experience
• Extensive experience in Off Site Catering
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• ServSafe certification
