Are you enthusiastic about transforming the lives of children with autism? Come join us at Atlas Autism Health as an Entry-Level Pediatric Behavior Therapist in St. Louis, MO. This position provides an hourly wage ranging from $17 to $19, and an opportunity to be part of a devoted team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our young patients. Your responsibilities will include executing behavior therapy programs, monitoring progress, and working closely with families to develop personalized solutions. At Atlas Autism Health, you will be creating a significant impact while gaining valuable expertise in pediatric therapy. Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in a full-time center-based setting
• Implement individualized behavior programs for patients guided by BCBA
• Gain expertise in Naturalistic ABA
• Collect treatment data electronically via program as required
• Participate in daily circle time and social skills groups with learners
• Help train new behavior technicians on assigned team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18+ of age
• Undergraduate degree in related field (ABA, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, etc.) is preferred but not required
• Actively certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) OR pursue certification within 2 months of hire. Training costs are covered by Atlas.
• Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
