Lead & Coach Teams: Manage a group of marketing and fundraising associates, providing day-to-day guidance and performance coaching
Run Events: Oversee live campaigns, pop-ups, and events to drive engagement and results for nonprofit clients
Client Relations: Build strong relationships with partner organizations to ensure campaign success and satisfaction
Train New Talent: Mentor new hires through onboarding and field training, helping them succeed in outreach and campaign goals
Analyze & Improve: Track performance metrics, offer insights, and help optimize campaign strategies
