Job Description

This is a remote position.

The Document Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating company documents in both digital and physical formats. This role ensures that all files are accurate, accessible, and secure, supporting smooth business operations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File, categorize, and store company documents according to established procedures.

  • Scan, photocopy, and digitize records for electronic filing.

  • Retrieve documents for staff and maintain tracking logs.

  • Ensure document confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure files are up to date and properly archived.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Experience with document management systems is an asset.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
