Are you an experienced data-driven digital marketer with an excellent record in stakeholder management? If so, there's an exciting opportunity for you at DLL. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on email marketing & marketing automation to work out of our Wayne, PA office or remote with a work-from-home option.

In this role you’ll work on building automated marketing campaigns, managing campaign development, evaluating results, and refining and improving effectiveness. You will help equip our internal country and industry stakeholders and their external partners with the digital marketing tools and campaigns they need to market their business and increase awareness among existing and prospective customers.

As part of the Americas Marketing Team, you will also help drive the organization's discipline around marketing campaign measurement and performance analysis, support the continued refinement of processes, manage and implement marketing automation solutions and look out for new opportunities to innovate and experiment.

Desired technical skill set:

• Familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) specific concepts and constructs such as being comfortable writing AMPscript, SQL, and able to create automations and multi-touch journeys.
  Able to develop presentation layer code (HTML, CSS, JQuery/JavaScript, etc)
• Familiar with UX concepts, email design strategies and best practices
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Comfortable working on multiple projects and different types of deliverables concurrently
• Strong knowledge of Excel very helpful

Day to Day

• Help drive the organization's development, delivery and discipline around digital campaigns including measurement and performance analysis
• Deliver projects on time and with high-level of visual and technical accuracy
• Act as a key partner to the business as the SFMC best practices expert
• Support the continued refinement of (marketing) processes, establish and maintain benchmarks and look out for new opportunities to innovate and experiment.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to confirm campaign requirements, timelines, and project status.

Essentials

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of digital marketing, especially SFMC email marketing experience is a must have. Experience with multi-channel campaigns preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing in a working environment, B2B enterprise space preferred.
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities with the ability to balance thorough attention to details with swift execution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions.

• Reduced time-to-market for current and future multi-touch campaigns
• Self-sufficient project management around timelines, campaign quality, and stakeholder management.
• Delivery of integrated digital marketing projects (aligned with web and social media activities), based on aligned key initiatives and ROI targets, on time and with high-level of visual and technical accuracy
• Execution of digital/email marketing campaigns that support industry- and/or country-specific marketing strategies
• Execution of processes and guidelines that support our digital marketing approach and that are aligned with corporate marketing policies

Applicable Pay Range

$76,446.40-$114,669.60

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
