We're looking to expand our marketing team with a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer who is passionate about digital strategies, data-driven campaigns, and driving online growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve website visibility.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports, using data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve challenges and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
