Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Miami, FL . The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data in our internal systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring data accuracy across departments.
Responsibilities
Enter and update data in various databases with a high level of accuracy
Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain and organize electronic and physical records
Ensure data confidentiality and security
Generate reports as needed for internal use
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative support role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
