What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the voice and face of J&L Auto Body — warmly greet customers in person and on the phone.
• Schedule appointments, provide updates, answer questions, and keep customers smiling through the process.
• Assist estimators and managers with job coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Keep it running smoothly by managing communication between the shop and customers.
• Deliver 5-star service before, during, and after the repair — your vibe sets the tone.
