Job Summary: Paradise Locker, Inc. an EOS based company with the core values of HARD WORKING, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, WORKS WELL WITH OTHERS AND DEPENDABLE is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Custom Processing Administrator. This is a full-time, hourly position located in Trimble, Missouri. As a Custom Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating custom processing orders for our customers. This position is an individual contributor role, working closely with our processing team and reporting to the Sales Manager. Compensation & Benefits: The Custom Processing Administrator position offers an hourly rate of $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. This position is a full-time role, with paid biweekly compensation. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for custom processing orders from customers
  • Communicate with customers to understand their processing needs and provide accurate quotes
  • Coordinate processing schedules and production timelines with the processing team
  • Create and maintain accurate records and documentation for each processing order
  • Ensure that all orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that arise during the processing process
  • Build and Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Basic knowledge of meat processing and cuts is a plus
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
