We’re Hiring: Full-Time Culinary Artists (With Grit + Vision)

Location: Seattle, WA | Position: Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP

Bonnie Rae is a culinary house of design in the making —and we’re looking for the people who want to help us build it.

Right now, we’re producing elite-level meals for professional sports teams, private estates, UHNW clients (think Warren Buffet, Tiffany & Co., Hermes, etc.) — and the pace can be intense. We’re in kitchens. We’re out in the field. We’re plating meals each week with detail andmconsistency.

But this is not the end game.

We are actively evolving into a creative studio where food, fashion, and design collide — where the work is conceptual, experiential, and wildly beautiful. If you've dreamed of cooking like Balbosté, designing and staging like Bureau Betak, you’ll feel at home here.

We need full-time culinary artists who can thrive in large-scale  production NOW , while helping us create what’s next.

This Role Is For You If:

• You’re a chef with drive , a great attitude, and a serious eye for detail.

• You’re open to repetition and production right now—but want something more than a line cook life.

• You see food as art, design, storytelling, emotion —and you want to be part of a company that honors that.

• You love a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environment but aren’t afraid to get a little weird, a little wild, a little imaginative.

• You want to build —not just clock in.

Responsibilities:

• Help produce meals for high-level clients (including NFL, MLB, and international sports teams).

• Work with our creative team to plate and prep beautiful, chef-driven meals with consistency and polish.

• Contribute to tastings, creative brainstorms, and menu R&D as we scale into fashion, events, and design work.

• Uphold a culture of respect, joy, learning, and pride in the food we serve.
