Job Title: Contracts/Procurement Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts/Procurement Administrator to manage purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, insurance/COIs, and vendor coordination. This role ensures procurement activities are executed on time, within compliance, and aligned with project schedules.
Responsibilities:
Issue and track purchase orders (POs) , subcontractor agreements, and insurance/COIs.
Support procurement schedules , vendor coordination, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for contracts and procurement activities.
Assist with cost tracking, budget reconciliation, and reporting .
Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with project managers, accounting, and legal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
3+ years in contracts administration, procurement, or vendor management .
Knowledge of POs, contract terms, and compliance tracking.
Strong organizational and communication skills; MS Office proficiency.
