Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Manager to join our leadership team. This position plays a vital role in supervising, coordinating, and enhancing client care within our outpatient clinical services. The Clinical Manager ensures the highest quality of service delivery, supports staff development, and maintains compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide clinical oversight to counselors and paraprofessionals
Monitor care outcomes and lead quality assurance initiatives
Manage clinical operations budget and staffing resources
Train and coach staff on clinical processes and documentation standards
Drive implementation of new programs, initiatives, and change efforts
Provide crisis response leadership and manage incident reporting and follow-up
Participate in client admissions, assessments, discharges, and treatment planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support person-centered care
Deliver direct services (individual or group) as needed
Support QA/QI efforts and ensure timely completion of documentation
Offer clinical supervision to interns and licensed professionals
Coordinate and administer medication and screenings when required (training provided)
Serve as a resource for staff, clients, new hires, and community partners
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field (as approved by NCSAPPB)
Current LCAS, LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT preferred
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of documentation standards, regulatory compliance, and best clinical practices
Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
Valid NC or SC Driver’s License required
