Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to establish a comprehensive business strategy and long-term goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including finance, HR, marketing, and project management.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, analyze results, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Direct the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Lead and inspire staff through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar role within a corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, financial management, and operational strategy.

  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive organizational culture.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
