Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Onsite, Direct Hire
Are you a hands-on marketing leader ready to take full ownership of strategy and execution? Our client is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead all aspects of marketing—digital, content, e-commerce, AI tools, SEO, paid media, social, email, web, and more.
This is an onsite, direct-hire opportunity, reporting to the COO, where you’ll manage a talented mix of in-house and shared resources while driving measurable results across multiple channels. You’ll innovate, optimize, and lead a high-performing team to elevate the brand and grow revenue.
What You’ll Do:
Own and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned to business goals.
Lead digital, social, email, paid media, SEO, e-commerce, and AI-driven initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Web teams to maximize conversions and ROI.
Manage vendors, agencies, analytics dashboards, and marketing automation.
Hire, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
You Bring:
5+ years leading digital marketing in high-growth environments.
Expertise in paid media, SEO, email, CRO, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with GA4, HubSpot, AI tools, and marketing automation.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
