We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shop Detailer to join our team at our Mooresville location. As a Shop Detailer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services, including the application of ceramic coatings, to ensure our customers' vehicles maintain their best appearance. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional results and ensure every vehicle is handled with the utmost care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ceramic Coating Application: Apply ceramic coatings to vehicles, ensuring an even and flawless finish that provides long-lasting protection to the vehicle's exterior surfaces.
• Vehicle Detailing: Perform interior and exterior detailing services, including washing, polishing, waxing, vacuuming, and cleaning, using professional-grade tools and products.
• Paint Correction: Inspect vehicles for imperfections and apply appropriate paint correction techniques to restore the vehicle’s exterior to a like-new condition before coating application.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their specific detailing needs and ensure their satisfaction with the finished product.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the shop clean and organized, ensuring all detailing supplies and equipment are in good working condition. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest detailing techniques, ceramic coatings, and industry trends to provide the highest quality service.
