Highlights:
Provide daily Salesforce user support, including managing user accounts, permissions, and resolving technical issues. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to align with evolving business requirements. Conduct regular data audits to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and manage duplicate records. Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to local teams on Salesforce best practices and new feature implementations. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and drive system enhancements and process improvements. Create, update, and analyze Salesforce reports and dashboards to support local business performance monitoring and decision-making. (No Prior or Coding Experience Required)!
