ICONMA is looking for a Staffing Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Richmond, VA location.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain strong client and contractor relationships, as well as maximize and expand existing relationships to drive sales.
• Collaborate with customer contacts and key decision-makers to define needs.
• Work with our internal teams to ensure client expectations and companywide goals are being met.
• Regular in-depth client analysis, strategic account planning, and forecasting activities.
• Track key account metrics.
• Identify and pursue additional opportunities within existing clients including staff augmentation, SOW/Projects, and IT services to grow the client.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development, within the staffing industry or 2+ years of experience in IT Sales, Medical Device Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, or similar.
• Ability to travel as needed
• Local to our target market listed above
