Job Description

Pay: $16 $20/hr (Based on Experience)

We're seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to support our 3rd shift construction operations. This role involves preparing job sites, handling materials and equipment, and performing general labor and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and secure materials and equipment on-site
• Assist with site setup, breakdown, and general preparation
• Operate light and heavy equipment as needed (training provided)
• Follow directions from site supervisors to complete assigned tasks
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restroom sanitation
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs
• Make minor repairs and adjustments as necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Basic carpentry or painting experience
• Familiarity with hand and power tools

Requirements:

• Must pass an on-site drug screening and background check during the interview process
• Willingness to work overnight hours and perform physically demanding tasks
