Job Description

**Medical Device Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team for the 2nd shift. This position is contract-to-hire, and candidates should be aware that it may take longer than six months to become permanent. The role requires flexibility to work during weekdays and Saturdays as needed, starting an hour before the shift begins. The shift starts at either 3:30 pm or 3:45 pm. $21 - $22.50/hr **Responsibilities** + Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. + Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System. + Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Project Engineer/Supervisor. + Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with a microscope. + Small part assembly skills. + Strong communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope. + Ability to work with a microscope 90% of the shift. + Comfortable working with small parts, primarily inspecting catheters. + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Medical device experience. + Cleanroom experience. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
